For Promoters hosting Events:
Payment processing services for [account holder term, for example, host or reps] on WhatMo are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to [this agreement / these terms / and so on] or continuing to operate as a [account holder term] on WhatMo, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of WhatMo enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide WhatMo accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorise WhatMo to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
Application Data. If you use our mobile application, we may also collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
- Geolocation information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile-application. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
- Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the mobile application. If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operations of our mobile application, for troubleshooting and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

When a Customer follows a Promoter within the mobile application, your data is shared with the designated Promoter to allow details of offers and future events to be shared.
Promoters will have access to Customer emails from an event for promotional purposes in relation to Events.
Other instances which may be applicable:

- To protect Users within our platforms

4. How long do we keep your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete such information.

All information presented by the User is securely stored on the hosting server.
Online payment transactions made through our mobile application are encrypted with SSL.
However despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers and cybercriminals will not be able to bypass security and improperly access or retrieve information.

All personal information entered into WhatMo can be changed at any moment through the settings section of the mobile application.
